Refund Policy

Our refund policies are inline with Department of Fair Trading guidelines.

-If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund.
-Inline with the Fair Trading Act if an item has a major problem or isn't as described on our website we're happy to work with our customers to offer a remedy, otherwise the product doesn't qualify for a refund or replacement.
-Payments are non-refundable if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. If you've added the wrong item to the cart by accident, you can update your cart before checking out. If you've already checked out and processed your payment, please contact us asap so we can amend the order prior to shipping it.

Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer, and onus of proof of return remains with the customer e.g tracking number, postage receipt. Please ensure you have written the correct address on any return parcels as we hold no liability for incorrect post
