great stones, poor packaging?

I ordered the 5 piece clear quartz stars and they are gorgeous, however, they were each individually wrapped and 3 of the 5 clips were not attached. Not a huge deal, I can glue them back on, but, the other car clips I ordered were packed in a small bag together and all of the clips were attached.
