I thought that was a kind gesture as they did not have to do that!! They have amazing customer service! The clusters came packaged nicely with no damage to the crystals! High quality products!! The majority of the pieces that I got were gorgeous! One doesn't stand up well and one has some reddish inclusions but still very beautiful!
