The first time I bought these, the quality was amazing, each sphere was perfectly black and beautiful. The second time I ordered these there was some grey and silver banding in more than half of them, and they didn't look like the pictures shown at all. I contacted customer support and they were super quick to respond and very helpful, and gave me a gift card for the crystals that weren't up to standard. Customer Support on this site is always amazing.
In the picture I posted you can see the larger sphere is from my first batch and the smaller ones are from the second.
