The color in the pictures come off a bit more blue, and I was pleasantly surprised when these beauties arrived and they were actually more purple in person! This was not a problem for me personally, and I’m sure the color difference has something to do with phone/computer display, if it’s not just a natural variation. One of my customers said they gave her a “soft and comforting” type of energy, which I must agree with. 1.How long is the order preparation time frame after payment?
A:Pre-Order: 5-10 days after receipt of the partial payment. Ready Stock: 2-3 days after receipt of the full payment.
2.Do you offer after-sales service?
A: Definitely! Any problem with your order delivery or upon receipt of goods, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Damage shipment has to be reported within 48 hours so we can proceed to submit claim documents to the shipper.
3. What are the payment options available?

4. How long is the delivery period? (excluding preparation time)?
